Der einstufige Druckregler der R57-Serie ist aufgrund seiner robusten und langlebigen Konstruktion und seiner breiten Anwendbarkeit zu einem Branchenmaßstab für die Gasregelung mittlerer Durchflussmengen geworden. Es ist standardmäßig mit einem gut ablesbaren 2-Zoll-Manometer und einem externen Sicherheitsventil ausgestattet. Im Falle eines anormalen Systemdrucks reagiert das Sicherheitsventil schnell, um die Sicherheit der Bediener und der nachgeschalteten Rohrleitungen zu gewährleisten. Das Produkt wird häufig für verschiedene gängige Industriegase wie Sauerstoff, Acetylen, Propan und Argon verwendet. Der intern integrierte Sinterbronzefilter stellt die erste Verteidigungslinie dar und verhindert wirksam die Gefahr von Funkenbildung durch Verunreinigungen. In der landwirtschaftlichen Wartung, bei routinemäßigen Labortests sowie in industriellen Schweiß- und Schneidumgebungen genießt der R57 aufgrund seiner stabilen Leistung und einfachen Wartung durchweg einen hohen Marktanteil.
