Dieses Produkt ist aus hochwertigem austenitischem Edelstahl 316L gefertigt und verfügt über ein fortschrittliches mechanisches Dichtungsdesign mit Ferrule, das es ermöglicht, eine hervorragende Dichtungsleistung und mechanische Stabilität auch in Umgebungen mit hohem Druck, hoher Temperatur und stark korrosiver Umgebung aufrechtzuerhalten. Im Vergleich zu gewöhnlichem Edelstahl 304 weist Edelstahl 316L eine höhere Korrosionsbeständigkeit auf und sorgt insbesondere für eine stabile Leistung in sauren, alkalischen und salzhaltigen Umgebungen über lange Zeiträume. Es verfügt über eine präzisionsgefertigte, einteilige Hauptkörperstruktur, kombiniert mit einer vorderen Ferrule, einer hinteren Ferrule und einer Kontermutter, um ein komplettes Verbindungssystem zu bilden. Der Steckerkörper wird mit hochpräziser CNC-Bearbeitung bearbeitet, um einen glatten internen Strömungskanal zu schaffen. Die vordere Klemmhülse übernimmt in erster Linie die Dichtfunktion, indem sie durch axiale Kompression während der Installation einen dichten Metall-auf-Metall-Kontakt mit der Rohroberfläche herstellt und so eine äußerst zuverlässige Abdichtung erreicht; Die hintere Klemmhülse dient hauptsächlich der mechanischen Unterstützung und Verriegelung, sorgt für eine sichere Befestigung des Rohrs und verbessert die Vibrationsfestigkeit der Verbindung.
